Self Rally - Up

1st Goal: Hit the ball 10 times in row, 

palm facing up.

Self Rally - Down

1st Goal: Hit the ball 10 times in row, 

palm facing down,

Self Rally - Alternate

1st Goal:  Hit the ball 10 times in a row.

Alternate between your palm facing and up

and down.
