Club and Academy Policies

​Cancelling a class:

We will cancel class by email if the weather is dangerous or the courts are flooded.

 

If we cancel, we will do so 30-45 minutes before the session and if you have not heard from us, the class will continue as normal.

 

If we cancel a class we will offer an alternative option in line with the academy schedule.​

If you are unable to attend the alternative class, we unfortunately cannot provide and aditional option or credit. 

​

Missing a class:

​

If you miss a class due to illness or injury, we are not in a position to reschedule classes. 

​

 

Changing your day & time:

​​

Players training together on a specific day and time are part of a team, we therefore are unable to change your day and time of coaching post purchase. 

​

We are not in a position to offer a refund post purchase. 

 

​

Class Schedule: 

​

Bank Holidays, school mid-term breaks, and festive periods such as Christmas may cause coaching sessions to pause. As a result, your coaching subscription  end dates may change.

​

​

Arrival & Collection: 

​

 We ask you update us in the event you or your child is unable to attend or is late for class.

​

For Juniors we require signed consent in the event your child is to leave class unaccompanied or is collected by a person other than a parent or legal guardian.
