11-Week Junior Coaching Programme

Our programme is designed to progressively build your child’s confidence and skills, introducing more advanced techniques tailored to their development each week.

Beyond mastering the fundamental skills necessary to enjoy the game, your child will also have the opportunity to join a team. They can forge friendships and play socially and competitively outside their regular classes, enhancing their tennis experience.

Team Tennis Event

Our Team Tennis Event is the perfect culmination of your child’s 11-week coaching programme, offering an exciting opportunity to showcase their newly acquired skills in a fun and supportive environment. Each class will form its own team, fostering a strong sense of camaraderie and teamwork as they prepare to compete against other groups within the academy.

This event allows your child to put everything they’ve learned into practice, participating in both social and competitive matches. It’s an excellent way for them to gain experience in independent play, build confidence, and deepen their love for the game. The Team Tennis Event highlights their progress and reinforces the values of sportsmanship, teamwork, and healthy competition.

Family Social Tennis Event

Enrolling your child in our Junior Coaching Programme gives you access to our exclusive Family Social Event. This unique gathering is designed for parents and juniors to come together, celebrate their child’s progress, and enjoy a fun day of tennis as a family.

The event offers a unique opportunity to step onto the court with your child, see firsthand how their skills have developed, and participate in light-hearted games and activities. It’s a great way to connect with other families in the club, strengthen the bond with your child through shared play, and experience the joy of tennis together. This event is not just about watching their growth—it’s about being part of it.

Supervised Play

As part of our Junior Coaching Programme at LC Tennis, we offer Supervised Play sessions. In these sessions, your child can practice with a friend or academy player, safe in the knowledge that a coach will be on hand to supervise if necessary. These sessions provide an excellent opportunity for juniors to engage in matches, rally, and enjoy fun games, reinforcing the techniques they’ve learned in class.

Coaches will support academy players while ensuring your child remains visible and can receive guidance as needed. To participate, simply book a court online and provide both players’ names. Please ensure your child brings tennis balls to maximise their practice. (Parents are welcome to watch their child gain confidence and independence on the court). Supervised Play offers a safe and supportive environment for juniors to hone their skills, improve match readiness, and enjoy the game.
